1. The Iryderz Ecosystem
Technological Intermediary
Iryderz is a digital platform, not a transportation provider. We connect Riders with independent Third-Party Drivers. The contract for the actual carriage service is strictly between you and the driver. Iryderz is responsible for the performance of the software and matching algorithms, not the physical transportation.
Eligibility
Minimum age of 18 is required. You must maintain one active account and provide accurate verification data.
App Updates
We reserve the right to auto-update the software via Play Store to enhance security and performance.
2. Billing & Fares
Dynamic Pricing
Fares are calculated based on base rates, distance, time, and real-time demand (Surge Pricing).
Taxes & Fees
All fares include GST. Tolls and parking incurred during a trip are added to the final invoice.
Cancellations
Fees apply if you cancel 2+ minutes after matching or if the driver waits 5+ minutes at pickup.
3. Code of Conduct
Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or damage to driver property.
4. Liability Caps
Iryderz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the platform fee of the disputed trip.
